Bob joined Immediate Response Technologies in January 2004. He is a Certified Purchasing Manager (Institute of Supply Management) and is certified in Production and Inventory Management (American Production and Inventory Control Society). Previously, Bob worked for EDS, Philips, Solectron and DMCtools.
Bob has over twenty five years of supply chain management experience in the military/aerospace industry. His team is responsible for order processing/planning from order entry through order fulfillment. Bob graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Daren joined Immediate Response Technologies in 2006 and brought with him an extensive background in product design and development of commercial and military products. Over the past 23 years he has developed products ranging from Military Environmental Control Units to Fully Automated Containerized Water Purification Systems.
Daren continues to provide leadership and design expertise in the development of new Shelter, Thermal, PAPR, and Filter products. He leads a team of three extremely talented engineers and a senior chemist that are some of the best in the industry. Daren received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1987 and has since earned his AMA Certificate in Management.

Randy joined Immediate Response Technologies in October 2007. Randy has over 30 years of dedicated experience in the Industrial/Military respiratory protection industry. He currently manages IRT’s participation in the C2A1 and Joint Services Aircrew Mask (JSAM) Department of Defense contract programs.
He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Specialist. He was previously employed by TYCO/Scott Technologies, Inc, APL Logistics, Inc and (APS) Avon Protection Systems. His team is responsible for daily operations and manufacturing of all respiratory protection products.
Ruddie B. McDonald, ASQ CQA, CQE, CSSGB

Ruddie joined Immediate Response Technologies in February 2008. He is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, ASQ Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt. Ruddie has over 10 years of professional experience designing, developing and implementing quality methodologies to support lean manufacturing processes.
He has a vast array of experience in quality control/quality assurance, product qualification, six sigma, process control, team leadership, and productivity improvement. Ruddie and his team are responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality systems and quality documentation for IRT products.
Additionally, as the ISO management representative, Ruddie maintains IRT’s ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. Ruddie graduated from the State University of New York @ Utica/Rome with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
